  • All products are sourced from manufacturers or authorized distributors and are sold as brand new unless otherwise stated
  • Collectible items may have minor variations in paint, finishing, or assembly due to manufacturing processes
  • All items are kept in their original sealed condition to ensure product integrity

2. PRE-ORDER POLICY

General

  • Pre-order prices are valid only within the stated pre-order period
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment

Deposit Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits are non-transferable to other items or customers

Payment Terms

  • Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received before the stated deadline
  • Balance must be settled within 7 days upon arrival notification

Failure to do so may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Deposit forfeiture

Pre-Order Disclaimer

  • Release dates are estimates only and subject to change
  • Delays may occur due to shipping or customs clearance
  • Final product specifications and pricing may vary due to manufacturing reasons

Availability & Cancellation

  • Availability can only be confirmed upon arrival
  • No cancellation is allowed once an order is confirmed

📌 Exception:
If an item cannot be fulfilled, a refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.


3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted the product details and pricing
  • Orders will only be processed upon successful payment
  • Orders not paid within the stated timeframe may be cancelled without prior notice

4. PAYMENT METHODS (OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS)

  • Credit Card payments may be subject to an additional 3% processing fee

Bank Transfer

  • Payment details will be provided upon request
  • Payment must be received in full
  • Any intermediary bank charges will be treated as incomplete payment

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All items are packed with care prior to shipment
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services and customs clearance
  • Primo Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers or customs

📌 Minor packaging wear or box imperfections during transit are not considered defects
📌 Customers who are particular about box condition are encouraged to opt for self-collection


6. OVERSEAS ORDERS

For international customers:

  • Shipping charges will be quoted separately
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are borne by the customer

Defect / Issue Handling

  • We will assist in submitting claims to the manufacturer where applicable
  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs depending on the case

7. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of collectible items, returns, refunds, or exchanges are generally not applicable once items are sold, except under the conditions stated below.


8. DEFECT & ISSUE HANDLING

If you receive an item with a potential defect:

  • Please notify us within 7 days upon receiving the item
  • Provide supporting evidence (photos and/or video)

📌 We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video from sealed condition upon receiving your item to facilitate claim processing


Claim Process

  • Cases will be reviewed by our team
  • Where applicable, we will assist in submitting the claim to the manufacturer or distributor
  • Resolution is subject to manufacturer assessment and availability

📌 Processing time may vary depending on supplier response


9. NON-DEFECT CONDITIONS

The following are generally not considered defects:

  • Minor paint imperfections
  • Packaging or box condition (e.g. dents, scratches during shipping)
  • Loose joints or articulation tolerance
  • Minor manufacturing variations
  • Quality inconsistencies for third-party or unlicensed products

📌 Such cases may be handled at our discretion


10. LOYALTY POINTS

  • Vouchers redeemed from loyalty points are applicable for new purchases only
  • Not applicable for offsetting existing pre-order balances

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Primo Collectibles shall not be held responsible for:

  • Shipping or customs delays
  • Manufacturer production delays
  • Minor product variations within acceptable quality standards

12. AMENDMENTS

Primo Collectibles reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice
